Description
The MGD series multi-component dynamic gas distribution system integrates high-precision flow control technology and multi-valve integrated control technology. It can dynamically dilute a single gas stream or synchronously dilute multiple gas streams to form multi-component calibration gases, in compliance with ISO6145-7 and GB/T 5275.7 standards. The MGD automatically calculates and controls the flow control elements and valves based on parameters such as gas type, source gas composition and concentration, target gas concentration, etc. Each flow control element is calibrated using traceable standards.
The MGD fully complies with US EPA methods and can be easily traced back to national standards (NIST, PTB, NIM, etc.). The number of channels for the MGD device is unlimited; it can simultaneously connect multiple bottles of different types of standard gases to avoid frequent disassembly and is suitable for all commonly used laboratory gas types.
