For a long time, there is no method to prepare H2O2 standard gas, and the calibration laboratory uses SO2 gas standard material to calibrate the H2O2 detector. However, the concentration correlation coefficients of SO2 and H2O2 are not the same for different instruments under test. The correlation coefficient of the same instrument is not constant as time increases; For spectral H2O2 analyzer, the calibration results with SO2 standard gas show greater deviation.
