DM-01 No-dispense Density Metering Standards
Description
The DM-01 Density Measurement Standard is based on the Cukor method. A high-precision thermostat with temperature stability better than ±0.01oK is placed on a height-adjustable base, and a transparent cylinder filled with tridecane is placed in the high-precision thermostat. During the calibration process, the inspected densitometer (glass float) is suspended from the balance by a thin wire, and the scale of the densitometer is partially immersed in the tridecane. Adjust the height of the base, change the scale line immersed in tridecane, and balance weighing value, tridecane density value, external weights (or stainless steel ring) and other parameters, accurate calculation of the density value corresponding to the scale line. Theoretically, through the traceability of the balance, tridecane density, external weights (or stainless steel ring) quality, you can complete the device traceability. In practice, the device is equipped with a quartz ring as a standard, the quartz ring regularly sent to the China Academy of Metrology to complete the traceability. The instrument uses an image sensor to quickly and accurately center the scale engraved lines, using PLC to control the base of the lift, the collection of balance weighing data, calculate the density value, and can automatically generate the calibration report.
