Description

The LNI SCHMIDLIN SA Ultra Zero Air Station produces laboratory high grade purified air to aliment most of the testing equipment. Designed with safety and convenience in mind, this system generates purified air eliminating the need for inconvenient cumbersome high-pressure gas cylinders.

The Ultra Zero Air Station removes CO, CO2, HC, NOx, SO2 and O3.

The flows are 6 NL/min and 30 NL/min.

Ultra Zero Air Station DO NOT requires external compressed air supply.

Applications

The Ultra Zero Air Station is mainly used to aliment the Flame of GC with hydrocarbon free Air. By using the Ultra Zero Air Station generator, the base line of the GC will be very low and stable, giving the best possible accurate measurement.

The Ultra Zero Air Station can also be used to perform the Zero of Total Hydrocarbon Analyzers. Due to its high filtration level, it can also be used in total Sulfur and Total Organic Compounds (TOC) analysis. It’s also the ideal accessory to aliment in pure air any LNI Schmidlin calibration system.
