Method introduction
The ability of oil material to pass through a certain filter without blocking is called Filterability, which is the performance index during the working time of the oil. The international standard specifies the dry and wet measurement methods for oil filtration. The former refers to the laboratory test method for filtering oil products in dry environment. The latter refers to the laboratory test method for evaluating the filtration property of oil products with water after heating.
In the Ⅰstage, the filtration rate is evaluated by the ratio of the average velocity and the initial velocity of the oil through the filter membrane. In the II stage, the filtration rate is evaluated by the ratio of the initial velocity and the final flow rate of the oil through the filter membrane. It is generally considered that the condition of stage II is more harsh.
Test principle
Under the control of the test system, the compressed gas is adjusted by pressure to achieve the constant pressure of the test set. After the test begins, the constant pressure gas enters the closed filter container with the test oil, and the extruded test oil flows through the standard filter membrane and flows into the measuring device. The test device calculates the filtrate value of the test oil according to the parameters obtained by setting the test liquid drop, liquid level and timing, and according to the parameters obtained.
Instrument composition
Stainless steel sample cup. 500mL, with a built-in filter support and a standard filter membrane. The effective filtration area is 1130mm2 ±60mm2.
A measuring tool with a sensor. The measuring device can measure the oil volume of 10mL, 50mL, 100mL, 200mL, 300mL and the first drop of oil.
Pressure regulation and control unit. The pressure of the test oil with different viscosity is selected and the adjustment and control are automatically adjusted.
Test control module. The pressure is controlled, the time of the node is collected, and the filtrability is calculated according to the parameters.
Oil free air source. The pressure range is 50kPa~200kPa, which provides compressed clean air for the test process.
