We believe that the benefit of all stakeholders cannot be maximized without the prompt response to the customers. We constantly learn from the manufacturers and suppliers in order to enhance our service quality and make a faster response to the customers’ queries.

Regular Track and Visit (RTV)

To insure the instrument's performance, our engineers pay a regular track and visit to the end-users. Operation training for new operators, maintenances, spare parts preparation and instruments update will be processed during the RTV.

Service tools, such as multi-product calibrators, oscilloscopes, coloured scope meters, regulated power supplies, constant temperature soldering stations, anti-static tables, ultra-stable bath, electronic thermometers, etc., are in good condition for professional service.
